20 minutes to scope the engagement

We understand your mandate, timeline, and what a good output looks like. At the end you will have a clear view of scope, deliverables, price, and timeline.

03 / Within 48 hours

Work begins

Once scope is agreed and an NDA is in place, most engagements start within 48 hours. Mid-point check-in and final deliverable on the agreed date.

Before you reach out

Do you work exclusively with UK clients?

No. We work with clients in the UK, Europe, and internationally. The majority of current enquiries come from UK-based PE and IB firms, but we also work with Indian and European industrial companies on cross-border engagements. All work is delivered remotely.

How do you handle confidentiality?

We sign NDAs before any confidential information is shared. We work with a small number of clients at any one time with clear information barriers between mandates. We never discuss client work or mandate details with any third party.

Can you white-label your deliverables?

Yes. All deliverables — particularly sector notes and pitchbook research for IB clients — can be produced without Revere Minds branding. Your clients do not need to know we are involved unless you want them to.

What sectors do you cover?

We focus on automotive, EV supply chain, industrials, manufacturing, engineering services, and adjacent B2B sectors. We do not try to cover everything — our depth in these sectors is what makes the analysis useful rather than generic.

Do you work on success fees for M&A?

No. We charge fixed fees for defined work. This keeps the engagement structure clean, aligns incentives properly, and means there is no ambiguity about what you are paying for.

What is the smallest engagement you would take on?

The 48-hour deal screen at £500–£750 is our entry-level product. It is designed to be a low-risk first engagement — you see the quality before committing to anything larger. We also take pitchbook research from £1,200.
